Telenor and PTCL Sign MoU Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Telenor Pakistan through which Telenor Pakistan will be able to consume PTCL’s back-haul infrastructure till 2020.
