Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos recently tweeted that a new Kindle ebook reader was on its way, and the company appears to have mistakenly leaked details on a product page on its Japanese site.

The new device, dubbed the Kindle Oasis, reportedly features a a 300ppi screen and weighs 131g. That makes it about as sharp as the Kindle Voyage from 2014 and a bit lighter than previous models.

But that’s not nearly as impressive as the accompanying case listed on the page. The Verge reports that the genuine leather accessory will allow the Oasis to last for up to 20 months of standby time.

That’s nearly two years. Kindles currently offer about six weeks of battery life, which is quite substantial. But the thought of a battery that lasts about 13 times as long and charges simultaneously with the device when plugged in makes a great case for finally picking up an ebook reader, if you haven’t already.

Amazon has not confirmed if these details are accurate, and pricing wasn’t revealed on the leaked page. But if you’re looking to buy a Kindle in the near future, it might be worth waiting to see what the Oasis really has to offer.
