Huawei to Launch Nexus 6P in Pakistan

Huawei is officially bringing its flagship Nexus 6P to Pakistan tomorrow, TechProlonged has reported while citing unnamed sources. While Huawei hasn’t exactly announced the name of the device that is about to be revealed but the detailed specifications — that company sent to media as teaser — are hinting that the new device will be the Nexus 6P.

Nexus phones, Google’s take on a proper Android flagships, have been around for years but Pakistan has always been left out because the manufacturers of the devices had no official footprint in the country. This is going to change with Nexus 6P.

Nexus devices rely on a clean and smooth stock Android experience. All Nexus phones are also the first ones to receive the latest Android builds.

Huawei Nexus 6P is the higher-end version of the two Nexus devices revealed this year. The phablet comes with a unique and premium design, making the device stand out from the rest of the smartphone world. Nexus 6P is also the first Nexus device to come with a metal unibody design.

The 7.3mm thin body of Nexus 6P, coupled with the new color options and a unique design make it the best looking Nexus flagship to date.

Google and Huawei’s new flagship comes with a 5.7-inch AMOLED display with QHD (2K) resolution for its Nexus 6P.

Nexus 6P carries over the front-facing dual speaker setup from the Nexus 6 as well. Huawei worked hard to come up with a design that resembles its recent flagships but still maintains a unique Nexus identity.

Nexus 6P comes with a Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM and a 12.3 MP sensor for the rear camera. Don’t go for the megapixels here as Huawei used a sensor with bigger 1.55µm pixels and a wide F/2.0 aperture which should allow superior picture quality with less noise and more light intake.

The camera on Nexus 6P will shine especially in low-light shots because that’s where the bigger pixels display the real advantage. There’s a 8MP front facing camera on Nexus 6P too.

The Nexus flagship has a 3,450mAh battery which should go a long way with Android 6.0 Marshmallow featuring the battery saving Doze mode. The device uses a USB Type-C connector for charging and data transfers future proofing the phone for years to come.

There’s a Huawei special fingerprint sensor located at the back of the phone as well.

The phone will be priced at around Rs 71,999 for the 64GB variant. The prices for the 32GB and 128GB variants will be revealed later on. Not to mentioned, these are sourced prices and may differ from the launch prices.
