The company will now begin accepting novel-length English manuscripts from writers around the world, for publication under its Kindle Press banner. It’s also opened up voting to international users.

Publishing contracts include five-year renewable terms, a $1,500 advance, 50 percent of royalties from eBook sales, rights reversions and a marketing push on Amazon.
Launched last October, the program opens up voting on books for 30 days and publishes those the highest-ranking titles. Voters also get a free digital copy a week in advance if their chosen books are published.
